Lukianov Egor Alekseevich

Born in 1987 in the Ulyanovsk region.
In 2009 graduated from Ulyanovsk state pedagogical University named after I. N. Ulyanov, in 2019 the Russian Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation with a master's degree.
He began his career in the field of repair of track railway vehicles in 2009 in the company "Siroydetal-Service", then in 2011 he held the position of Deputy General Director for Investment and Development in JSC "NVC "PTKB track machines – Engineering".
In October 2013, he assumed the position of General Director of Engineering Service-Putmash Limited Liability Company.
In his spare time from his main duties, he explores the features, problems, connections, tools of interaction and management of state structures in the field of sports.
In 2019, the scientific publication "Public Administration in the field of mixed martial arts: foreign experience" was published under the authorship of E.A. Lukyanov.
