Engineering Service-Putmash summed up the results of the company's participation in the Day of Quality hosted by the Central Directorate of Infrastructure of JSC ‘Russian Railways’. The event took place in Moscow from 27 to 28 Feb 2025 and was devoted to the issues of repair and maintenance of special rolling stock.
The Day of Quality is a key event of supervision and applied nature within the framework of JSC “Russian Railways” activities to ensure the sustainable development of the country's railways. The very format and agenda of this event makes it possible to effectively and substantively analyse the work done, jointly develop practical steps and coordinate the future activities with all the stakeholders of the national railroad industry.
The said event has already become one of the most important events in the life of our company this year. Within its course General Director of Engineering Service-Putmash Е. A. Lukyanov presented to the audience, including the management of JSC ‘Russian Railways’ represented by the Deputy Director General of JSC ‘Russian Railways’ - Head of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure E. A. Shevtsov, a report on the results of the company's work for the past year.
Mr. Lukyanov's speech was dedicated to the measures implemented to improve the quality of repair of track machines and line equipment, as well as to improve the repair technology process for special rolling stock and line equipment while ensuring the quality parameters set by the customer.
As part of the applied part of the event, which took place at the Biryulevo-Tovarnaya station of the Moscow railway, the company's top management presented track machines manufactured or repaired by Engineering Service-Putmash.
Among all the track machines showcased, we would like to specially focus on Dynamic 09-32 and UNIMAT 08-275/3S straightening-surfacing-tamping machines overhauled within 1st and 2nd scopes respectively, the satellite frame for the Duomatic 09-32 machine with improved parameters, as well as Duomatic 09-32 track machine customized for operation under extreme negative temperatures.
At the end of the Day of Quality the employees of Engineering Service-Putmash were awarded with the honourable sign ‘For partnership and development of assistance’ for their high professionalism and personal contribution to the organisation and carrying out of current and overhaul repairs of track machines, as well as to the production of new equipment.
