During February 07 - 11, 2023, the meeting of the representatives of the Directorate for the Operation of Track Machines of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure was held in Novosibirsk.
Within the framework of this event the top management of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure (TsDI) has summed up the results of work of the regional Directorates for the operation of track machines in 2022.
At the invitation of JSC "Russian Railways", the General Director of Engineering Service-Putmash LLC Egor Alekseevich Lukyanov delivered a report dedicated to improving the efficiency of interaction between the Directorate for the operation of track machines and MRO enterprises.
The employees of Engineering Service-Putmash took part in the roundtable meetings within which they discussed the proposals on changing the corporate regulatory framework adopted by JSC "Russian Railways: for the operation, maintenance and repair of specialized rolling stock.
During these meetings the issues related to the corporate regulatory framework guiding the repairs, the cost and schedule of repairs, the process of specializing the repair enterprises, ensuring that the repair enterprises are loaded with the orders in a balanced manner and the conclusion of long-term contracts were discussed.
