“Engineering Service-Putmash LLC strengthens railway industry human resources capabilities"
Together with Russian Railways, Engineering Service-Putmash LLC became an industrial partner of the Ulyanovsk Technical School of Railway Transport. This step is aimed at supporting the regional source of manpower both for the national railway industry on the whole and for meeting company’s demands in staff as well.
Such a partnership has become another step on the way to establish a large regional educational and production cluster “Railway Transport “' on Ulyanovsk Technical School of Railway Transport grounds. The joint application by the Technical School and the Ulyanovsk region government in the federal project “Professionalitet”, which has secured obtaining necessary funds to bring the cluster foundation into reality.
“Professionalitet” - is a program launched by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation aimed at the secondary vocational education system comprehensive restart: bringing into life an industry-focused educating approach, upgrading the scientific and technical hardware for educational entities, increasing the teaching staff and, most importantly, the number of specialists of working professions that the country needs so much.
The corresponding agreement on creation and development of the said cluster was signed by Engineering Service-Putmash LLC Director General Egor Alekseevich Lukyanov, the Minister of Education and Upbringing of the Ulyanovsk region Natalia Vladimirovna Semyonova and the management of the Technical School on July 16, 2024.
The event participants were reported to underline that educating the young professionals under the real work conditions right at Engineering Service-Putmash LLC facilities - one of the national railway industry's best engineering companies - will undoubtedly multiply students’ education quality and, of course, provide the rapidly developing company with the high-class specialists.
