On April 2 2025 the students of the 3rd year of the Ulyanovsk Railway College visited the Ulyanovsk branch of Engineering Service-Putmash.
The visit was arranged within the Doors Open Day initiative established by the company.
During the visit, our young guests learnt a lot of interesting details about the Ulyanovsk facility: they saw with their own eyes how ESPM specialists repair and maintain rolling stock, visited the workshop, where the brand new track machines and equipment are produced, talked with our team and the facility management.
The Doors Open Day is an initiative launched by ESPM back in 2022. Its main task is to let the students educating in high schools, technical colleges and universities of Ulyanovsk and its region learn more about our company.
Visiting the company's production facilities helps the future specialists to see firsthand how theoretical knowledge, technologies and production techniques are applied by our employees during real projects. And not just to see, but to learn all the details and nuances of the work firsthand. In addition, the students received the opportunity to recognize what it is like to work for ESPM and that working with us is exciting and promising.
