“This high-tech project in the engineering industry fits well into the development strategy of our region. Over the five years of operation, the enterprise has shown significant growth dynamics: today 200 people work here. In addition to repairs, the enterprise has begun mastering the production of track equipment and, we hope that in the near future the engineering center will demonstrate the first results of this work.
The development of the human resource is extremely important for us. We see that the need for qualified workers is increasing, and the first question that investors ask us is about people. Therefore, we are reformatting the work of the government in such a way as to promptly respond to these requests and provide new production facilities with personnel in a timely manner,” said Sergey Morozov.
