Track maintenance railcar is used for loading, unloading and transporting 12.5 m long rails on a single railcar and 25 m long rails on two coupled machines, wooden and concrete sleepers, rail fastenings. Can be used on tracks with any type of rails, on wooden or concrete sleepers, with all fastening and ballast types.
Is equipped with:- radio-controlled hoisting mechanism with 2 tons load capacity at the entire boom outreach;
- equipment for holding cargo in longitudinal and transverse directions;
- removable (folded) sideboards;
- signal beacons and approaching trains manual warning system;
- supersonic signalization for hoisting mechanism operation warning;
- numerous lighting devices for nighttime works;
- diesel generator plant with the working fluids preheating system and fuel tank capable for ensuring machine operation within 48 hours;
- standard pneumatic brake equipment;
- automated fire alarm and extinguishing system;
- automated fuel consumption control system;
- approaching train warning system.
