AUTOMATIC MULTIPURPOSE COMBINED TRANSMISSION (SPIDER-TYPE)
Designed to transfer power from the transmission driver like a diesel engine or a hydraulic motor to the wheel sets in traveling and operating modes. As well as that, it drives hydraulic pumps. The transmission is of a hydrodynamic type. It consists of a torque converter, mechanical rotation gears with clutches for switching to reverse mode and activating the drive of hydraulic motor. As well as that, it has friction clutches for shifting the first, second and third travelling gears.
The hydraulic motor's drive is designed to propel a track machine in operating mode. You can kinematically disconnect the wheel set's drive with the transfer of power from the diesel engine to hydraulic pumps. Hydraulic pumps ensure the operability of track machine's hydraulic transmission and hydraulic system.
