Certification

Currently, for all manufactured or upgraded railway rolling stock (and its parts), the strict technical regulation of the Customs Union On the safety of Railway Rolling Stock (CU TR 001/2011) approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 710 dated 15/7/2011 is applied.

In order to confirm compliance with all standards established in the technical regulations, products are tested in the accredited testing center, and the test results are also assessed.

The accredited certification authority conforms the compliance of products to the requirements set forth in CU TR 001/2011

We perform certification of a number of modernized products, including:

◊   Rail bar induction heating machine MIN-1;

◊   Special wagon type TK-10 for transporting spent nuclear waste (SNW);

◊   Conveyor car ТК-VG-13 for transporting spent nuclear waste;

◊   Rail trains for transporting rails 100 and 800 m long.

According to the test results, we obtain certificates of conformity of the Railway Equipment Registry, Federal State-Funded Institution.

For both types of modernized conveyors, our company received a certificate from the Federal Railway Transport Agency (Roszheldor) on the assignment of a reference identification number for marking the products.
