Sharing
Lease of tamping units
Block-sharing is a proposed form of lease in which the tamping units are provided to the customer for the period of work to straighten the railroad track in the longitudinal and transverse profile and in the plan (straightening), as well as to compact (tamping) ballast, and the customer pays only for the actual use of tamping units.
Under this program "Engineering Service - Putmash" LLC considers the option of leasing (on mutually beneficial terms) both new (own production) tamping units and undergone major repairs (restored), but the cost of lease will differ.
On the tamping units will be used hard-alloy high-strength tamps, which will ensure the operation of tamping units for the entire lease term (in case of breakdown we guarantee their replacement as soon as possible as part of the warranty/service).
The warranty/service maintenance of the tamping units provided for lease will be provided for the entire lease term, for which, we believe that the main advantage of block-sharing is - the absence of maintenance costs and maintenance of tamping units.
Production of new track equipment
Currently, the group of companies Engineering Service - Putmash LLC is working on the production of new equipment designed to provide services to enterprises that have railroad tracks on their balance sheet, engaged in their construction and routine maintenance, namely:
1. High-capacity flattener machine PM-02-32 (the analogue of Duomatic 09-32). It is designed for straightening and tamping in longitudinal, cross-section and plan of the railroad track of 1520 mm gauge with rails R50, R65, R75 with any types of fastening during construction, repair and current maintenance of tracks. The machine is under production and will be put into operation in 2022. The annual production plan is up to 6 units.
2. High-capacity flattener machine PM-02-3X (analogue of Dynamic 09-3X). The machine is in the design stage, it will be put into operation in 2023. The annual production plan is up to 5 units.
3. Flattener machine for switches PM-02S. The machine is at the design stage. Expected commissioning - 2024.
4. A self-propelled universal brush cutter KSU, designed for cutting out wood and shrubbery growth with a stem diameter of up to 150 mm along the railroad bed by mechanical removal with the possibility of mulching wood waste, as well as equipped with a sprayer for agrochemical treatment of the railroad bed. It will be put into operation in 2022. The annual production plan is 6 units.
